Questions?

We’ve got you covered

What is the founding rate?
Founding membership is not a separate plan — it is the same membership at a discounted rate for joining us on the ground floor. Founding members will receive a year of full access to SCOTUSblog Plus for $199; the cost will go up once the founding window closes.
Is SCOTUSblog going behind a paywall?
No. Our reporting and case commentary remain free to everyone, as they have been since 2002. SCOTUStoday also stays free as a Friday edition.
Do you offer team or firm pricing?
Yes. Request a group plan and tell us how many seats you need.
Can I expense this?
Absolutely. You will get an itemized receipt suitable for reimbursement, and we can issue an invoice for firm or department billing on request.
How often will you text me?
Only when the Court acts. Decisions and orders, not marketing. You can turn this on and off.
What exactly is the Stat Pack?
Our statistical review of the Supreme Court term: voting patterns, agreement rates, opinion authorship, reversal rates by circuit, and timing data. It has been cited by practitioners, academics, and journalists for years. Members receive it twice a year.
Where does my money go?
SCOTUSblog is reader-supported, and membership revenue allows us to continue creating and publishing our important journalism.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account page. You keep access through the end of the term you paid for.
